Xiamen Linktron Microelectronics Limited was founded in December 1999 as a high-tech R/D enterprise, which is the joint venture funded by technology driven electronics companies ― Xiamen Microelectronic IC Technology (XMIT), Xoceco and Amoi, etc. Linktron is located at “Hawaiian Resort” of Xiamen ― Huan Dao Load ― Xiamen Software Park, which is just cross the strait from Taiwan island. Linktron Microelectronics is focusing on VLSI design and IC application development. Linktron currently is the main developer of micro-controllers series products, which is one of the National “95” Focused Projects of Science and Technology. In possession of our own Chinese Intellectual Property (IP), Linktron has successfully developed four product series, and more than thirty new products, among which, three of them have won the national patents and are widely used in computers, High-Definition TV and various consumer electronics. These products are of great competitive and promising market perspective.

    Linktron is one of the first-time approved eleven IC design companies in China. Linktron is also the role model of National High-tech Industrialization on Research and Development for Digital TV Specific Control IC, as well as the Industrial Post-Doctor Scientific Station approved by National Human Resource Department. Linktron is assigned as the Main Developing Enterprise supported by Fujian Provincial Government, and the Board Member of Xiamen Software Industrial Association. Linktron has founded two subsidiary companies in Xiamen and Shanghai – Xiamen HomeTron and Shanghai Systron. Linktron has accomplished her IPO guideline and will be IPO as soon as the conditions and timing ready.

    High quality and professional team is the greatest property of Linktron. Chairman Xu Zhong You is an expert and professor in microelectronics. He used to study and research in the US. He is an Expert assigned by National 863 Project, a Delegate of People’s Congress of Fujian Province. Majority of the management team are scholars coming from the US and 47 Division of China Electronic Industrial Department, or 771 Division of National Aeronautics and Space Department. Management team and technical staff possess in-depth experience from IC and microelectronic system. They are excellent resources from Tsinghua University, Satellite Research Division of National Defense Department, Fudan University, Tongji University, Xi’an University, Xidian University and University of China Science and Technology, etc. Ninety percent of our employees have BS degree and fourteen percent of our employees have PhD degree or Senior Engineer or professor positions.
